Hi there! 👋 We’re My Team Support Services – a local bunch of big-hearted, slightly coffee-obsessed humans who are absolutely passionate about one thing: making life better for people of all abilities.
Whether you’re here as a participant, a family member, a support coordinator, or you just clicked the wrong link and thought this was a cat video (we get that a lot) — you’re welcome here.
So, who are we really?
We’re not your average disability support provider. Founded by two former NDIA planners who got tired of seeing participants treated like a number, we decided to flip the script. At My Team, you’re not just heard — you’re celebrated. We listen, we care, and we show up (with snacks, if required).
Based in Albury Wodonga, we offer a whole range of NDIS supports, including:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Short Term Accommodation (STA)
- Community Access (individual & group)
- Centre-Based Day Programs
- Supported Employment
- Self-Care and Domestic Support

What are we trying to achieve?
We’re on a mission to be the provider of choice for NDIS participants in the region — and the employer of choice for disability support workers. That means building real relationships, tailoring support that actually fits, and creating an inclusive community where everyone feels safe, respected, and yes, even a little bit fabulous 💃🕺.
We believe in:
- Laughing often (sometimes at ourselves)
- High standards with low ego
- Empowering people, not overpowering them
- Delivering great support without acting like we’re the heroes (spoiler: the participants are)
